Decreasing Dialysis Patient-Provider Conflict (DPC)
The Decreasing Dialysis Patient-Provider Conflict Toolkit was distributed to every unit in 2005. New units receive their Toolkit as part of their introduction packet from the ESRD Network office when they first sign and return the Network Agreement document. Below are resource materials from the Toolkit which are very helpful in communicating and training the message of DPC.
